Shipping policy
Transactions will be processed 24-48 hours after we receive your order.
We use shipping rates that are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Cancelled Orders:
Cancelled orders may be subject to a 3% order cancellation fee. This fee covers the payment processing costs, which are no longer refunded to us when an order is cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is reading as delivered, but you still haven't received it, it might still be on its way. Be sure to check behind any large objects or within doorways where your package may be hidden. If your package has still not turned up by the end of the day, contact hello@ajouts.ca to open an investigation.
Unfortunately are unable to replace packages that have been stolen after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to ajouts. due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Please be sure to take extra care when filling in your shipping information.
